1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jili11 platform, creating an account, or using any services offered by jili11, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using jili11 and refrain from creating an account. 3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jili11 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating banks), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are processed instantly for most payment methods. jili11 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.

You must deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If jili11 detects that funds have been deposited from an account not registered in your name, your account will be suspended and the funds returned to the source after deducting any applicable fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts, depending on the payment method and volume of requests. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by jili11. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Before processing a withdrawal, jili11 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks, including requesting proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if suspicious activity is detected, if your account has not been fully verified, or if you have active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

jili11 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal (the "rollover requirement"). 9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jili11 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your registered withdrawal method within 7 business days, subject to completion of all pending verification requirements.
